This was the 3rd time I have used the company, and I will always use them. The movers arrived on time and loaded my home in Los Angeles quickly. We went to 2 nearby storage units that were full. The final destination was in Houston, but we faced an obstacle: the new build had a steep, unpaved driveway. The movers worked with us to find a solution. We used a flatbed to unload the contents, making 8 trips to the house. They maintained a great attitude and made the move happen. I was also pleased that they could disassemble and reassemble the TV at both the old and new locations, eliminating the need for another person. The moving team was professional and skilled. I had an extra request for them to make sure the heavy items were secured to prevent any tripping hazards for children, and they fulfilled that perfectly. The TV mounting took a bit longer than expected, and one of the TVs was hung slightly lower on the wall than I hoped. It was hard for me to assess the height while they were installing the frame. Nonetheless, the team's performance was exceptional, and I wholeheartedly recommend them for your moving needs.
